Quality control from drawing review to shipment release.
This production flow chart illustrates OSM’s complete workflow, from quotation and order confirmation to production planning, CNC machining, quality inspection, packaging, logistics, and delivery. Integrated IQC, IPQC, and OQC controls help ensure consistent quality throughout every stage of production.
Advanced metrology and rigorous quality processes ensure every part
meets exact specifications and performs with confidence.
Nonconforming parts are controlled, reviewed and reinspected before release.
